Waking up in the same place every morning is boring. Thankfully, there’s a solution in the form of Winscape virtual windows.
The idea is fairly simple: take two 46 inch full-HD TVs, put them on their side, and then bolt them to the wall. Add a façade over the front, some window frames, and you’ve got yourself a pair of embedded displays that appear to be windows. The system is smart enough to track your activities in infrared as you move about the room, where it will adjust the vision accordingly.
Could be great for basements too!
