Can you provide some median concrete dry times, for footing/slab/foundation
walls? Assume no additives and moderate temp, no direct sun I'm interested in concrete facts.

Wow, did you ask a question that really has no answer, but here are some concrete facts.
By the way, in the concrete world, the term curing is used instead of drying.
I remember watching the building of Hoover Dam on the History Channel and was amazed to hear that the concrete was still curing and had not yet reached maximum strength!
Guess it doesn't have to reach full strength does it?
