Realtor Can Help with Building a New Home

Carl, I am currently in the market to buy a house and I have talked with a few people and have found it to be in my best interest to have a house built......One of my concerns is that it's on a concrete slab foundation.

I want to make sure I get the best deal I can and just wanted to get your opinion. Thanks, Chris
