Using the “Building Cost Calculator” from Craftsman Book Company found on my “Getting Started” page on byoh.com, you can get current costs to build a home in Fortuna, CA.
These costs will be, as always, approximate.
Until you start getting actual bids from contractors that are based on your plans and specifications, that’s the best you can do.
