Can You Build a New Home for $70,000?

Summary: You should be able to build a new home for less than $70,000. You can even have a home builder build it for you for less than $70,000, excluding land.

I've been a commercial carpenter for over 25 years and my question to you is
this.....Can I have a home built realistically for around $70,000?

Hi Earl, Here is a nice 2 bedroom new home for under $70,000, excluding land that is quite livable and affordable. If you do the carpentry it should cost even less.
