“The banded wooden I-beams are deteriorating. How do I repair the settling of
house without disturbing the structure walls to 3rd floor?
I am very concerned about working on the middle of the house without reinforcing the corners on the foundation.
The house was built in 1903 on mortar and stone foundation with airspace between inside and outside walls.
How do I do this?
