This waiting for hot water is not only a disgusting waste of fresh water, but a needless waste of your money.
The wasted water goes right down the drain, and into the sewer system, but not before it has spun your water/sewer meter a few hundred cubic feet wasting your money.
In many parts of the country, the water and sewer bill is more than the gas or electric bill...or even the cable bill...Yikes!
And, in many parts of the country (and most of the world) there is an acute shortage of fresh water.
