Quick question, where can I purchase a construction budget spreadsheet?

Hi Nicki,
I have two home building spreadsheets available and they are both free.
Note: If you are not familiar with using a spreadsheet it's NO big deal. Click here for my free instructions on cost estimating and using a spreadsheet.
One of the free spreadsheets requires you to have Microsoft Excel software installed.
The other, and better one (I feel) comes "bundled" with its own software, and all you need is a computer (Sorry, no Macs for this one).
